Keeping your background fixed during scroll is very very easy in blogger because you don not need to type or paste any piece of code in your blog template HTML . It can be done by just enabling on option. So let get started

 How to enable it in Blogger

  1. Go to Template>Customize
  2. Then from the right side menu choose Background

-Click on the small arrow which is left to your bg images and choose upload image
-After uploading your bg image you will see a check box left to your bg image

uncheck it

-Uncheck if it is checked that check box and its done
